We create Online Help Guides
RoboHelp Author - WebHelp Author - Online Help Guides
The quickest way to deliver User Information, to anybody with easy access to a computer, is the Online Help Guide. This can be installed on a local PC, or on the company network so that all users can access the information.

(You can't do this in print, unless you live in Harry Potter land!)
We use the world-renowned Adobe RoboHelp to make these Help Guides.
- Includes graphics, diagrams, screen shots and photographs where ppropriate. You can even have animations or embedded media.
- Online Help files created from scratch, or from your existing Manuals if suitable (MS Word or rich text format files for PC are preferred).

Online Help provides:
- Structured Table of Contents.
- Fully indexed search on selected key words.
- Full text search in the whole Help Guide
(except stop-words like "and" etc.) - Direct link from your software application to the related Help topic.

- We can provide cross-platform Help that runs on Windows, Unix, Linux, Macintosh, etc.
However you look at it, online help is faster to use and more
accessible than a printed manual or PDF file. And you can still
print topics if you want to study them later.
(And don't manuals go missing just when you want them?...)
